By purchasing any merchandises and services through our Website, it represents that you have understood and agreed to accept, comply with, and be bound by Vanda Patisserie's  terms and conditions.

Vanda Patisserie may from time to time modify, alter or update these terms. Your continued use or www.vandaparisserie.com, following any such change, constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as changed. Therefore, you are encouraged to refer to these Terms on an on-going basis.

PURCHASE INFORMATION

a) Please ensure that the correct item has been selected before proceeding to check out. We do not accept any refunds, cancellations or amendments to dates and items once payment is processed and completed online. 

b) You will receive an order confirmation to your email once payment has been made and your order is confirmed. Please note that we do not accept returns and/or exchanges unless the wrong order has been sent to you. 

c) Slots are allocated on a first-come-first served basis based on the timing when payment has been made. Please note that your purchase is not confirmed or reserved until payment has been made.

d) Vanda Patisserie is not halal-certified. However, we do not use any pork or lard ingredients in our bakes.

DELIVERY OR SELF-COLLECTION INFORMATION

a) We engage 3rd party vendors for delivery. We do not deliver to Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island, Army camps, prisons and any restricted areas.

b) Please only select self-collection if you are able to collect the items between 11am to 4pm. Uncollected items will not be replaced and will not be entitled to any refunds.

c) For delivery, please ensure that the recipient is contactable during the time slot chosen as the delivery person will get in touch upon arrival. The ordered item(s) will be placed at the doorstop outside the unit in the event that the recipient is uncontactable at the requested time of delivery. 

d) In the event that the ordered item(s) needs to be rescheduled for delivery, the customer will be liable for any additional charges to be incurred. We reserved the right to reject any requests that do not comply with our Terms & Conditions.

e) Please take note that Vanda Patisserie will not be not liable for any damages to the ordered item(s) as a result of deliveries. As some of our bakes are temperature sensitive, we will not be responsible for any damages in the event the customer allows the delivery person to leave the item(s) outside the premises.

Vanda Patisserie hereby reserves all rights to make amendments to any of the above Terms. In the event of any dispute, Vanda Patisserie reserves the right of final decision. By purchasing from our website, you are deemed to have agreed to the above terms and
