Vanda Patisserie is an artisanal bakery based in Singapore. Named after Singapore’s national flower, Vanda Miss Joaquim, we aim to pay homage to Singapore and celebrate resilience, hope and happiness through our bakes.
Singapore's first gifting-with-taste concept, we create tasty food souvenirs which are also tasteful gifts for sharing with friends and loved ones. What better way to celebrate and remember us by than with a food souvenir that reflects the diverse ethnicity, unique culture and heritage of Singapore, a place we call Home.

Values of Grit, Resilience & Determination
Similar to the grit, determination and resilience of Samsui women who contributed to the backbone of Singapore's developing infrastructure, our signature pies and puff pastries comprise of thousand layers of flaky, buttery sheets that is achieved through repeated rolling, folding and resting of the dough.
Made using French baking techniques, each pie requires up to 3 days to complete and are individually hand-carved.
Designs Inspirations: Garden City, Singapore
Singapore is a city with abundant lush greenery. Design inspirations of the Garden City Pastry were drawn from our "Garden City". The Garden City Pastry is a puff pastry consisting of a thousand layers of flaky, buttery goodness that is presented in the shape of a leaf.

The ingredients we use reflects Singapore's multiculturalism.
A harmonious blend of East-Meets-West, premium French butter which is renowned its rich pastures and quality of milk forms the structure of bakes. From the Finest Belgian Chocolate crafted in one of Belgium’s oldest cocoa roasteries made from the best, sustainable cocoa beans of West Africa to Matcha from Uji, Japan's Kyoto Prefecture which is the pinnacle of Matcha green tea, our bakes are a harmonious infusion of premium ingredients sourced worldwide.

Fun facts
1.Singapore is inhibited by over 5 million people. Our resident ethnic makeup comprise of four major communities, Chinese, Malay, Indian and Eurasian who live, work play and celebrate as one.
2. Since the 19th and 20th centuries, immigrants from India, China and all around the Malay Archipelago came to Singapore. Amongst them were Samsui women who hailed mostly from the Sanshui district of modern day Guangdong, China. These women came to Singapore in search of construction and industrial jobs and formed the backbone of Singapore's developing infrastructure.
3. The “garden city” vision was introduced on 11 May 1967 by then Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew to transform Singapore into a city with abundant lush greenery. Tembusu, a large evergreen tree native to Singapore, is used as a motif on the back of the Singapore five-dollar note in the portrait series, having been chosen to exemplify Singapore’s aspiration of becoming a “garden city”.
